If you are unhappy with your goods we will happily issue a replacement or refund assuming they are returned within 14 days of receipt of your order. Items must be unworn & unwashed (no distinct odours, signs of wear etc.) Any items returned found to be in poor condition will be returned back to you.
We cannot accept socks for hygiene reasons.
All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken. We aim to process returns within 3 working days of receiving them, however it can take up to 7 working days to process during busy periods and over holidays.
Credit/debit cards may take up to 5 workings days to clear into your account.
Any items purchased from an event/competition cannot be after the day of purchase.
We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items. Initial postage costs are non-refundable. Please ensure all returned items are well packed, so as not to be damaged in the post.
We encourage our customers to send returns by a tracked and insured service as ADOG Fitness will not take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
